Payment

Advertising your yacht costs just £65 for 6 months, there is no brokerage or commission to pay when you sell.

Upon completion of the Sellers Registration form you will be asked to pay for your listing by credit or debit card online using WorldPay Secure Solutions. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland , the fifth biggest banking group in the world.

Terms and Conditions

1. The advertiser warrants that he owns the yacht, or is the owner’s representative and the pictures submitted and the details are his and are correct.
2. PrivateYacht Sales.com will confirm receipt of all information by e-mail.
3. Advertising will stop after the advertising period or if the advertiser notifies Private Yacht Sales.Com by e-mail or fax that the advertisement is no longer required, for example after the vessel is sold.
4. PrivateYachtSales.com does not guarantee that the yacht will actually be sold through the advertisement on the website and reserves the right to refuse a yacht or to terminate advertising at any time without returning any earlier payment or payments.
5. The advertiser warrants that PrivateYachtSales.com will not in any event be held liable for any damage either direct or indirect to any party that may result from the use of the advertiser’s or seller’s linked website.
6. PrivateYachtSales.com endeavours to prevent errors and omissions with the advertisement. However if such errors occur any liability will be strictly limited to the cost of the advertisement.
7. PrivateYachtSales.com reserves the right to remove any material from an advertisement which is deemed inappropriate without reverting to the advertiser.
8. The advertiser accepts that any dispute with PrivateYachtSales.com is subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
9. Due to the nature of the service, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Managers of PrivateYachtSales.com.
